User Content & Photos
When you contribute photos to the community catalog, you retain ownership of your images. However, you grant Cultiva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use these images for the purpose of improving crop discovery and biological intelligence for all users.
Our Pledge to You
We will never sell your photos to third parties or use them in external advertising without explicit written consent.
Biological Intelligence Disclaimer
Cultiva's "Biological Intelligence" features (including frost alerts, watering schedules, and companion highlights) are provided for informational purposes only. Nature is unpredictable.
Informational Nature
Advice is based on historical weather patterns and community data, not local professional agricultural consultation.
Liability
Cultiva is not liable for crop loss, property damage, or gardening failures resulting from trust in application data.
Acceptable Use
Cultiva is a sanctuary for growth. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, spam, or the distribution of harmful agricultural misinformation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that compromise the community's integrity.
US & PR Governance
Cultiva operates under the laws of the United States. Residents of Puerto Rico enjoy specific protections regarding data handling within the territory, handled in alignment with Interstate Commerce and US federal privacy standards.
