By accessing or using zemigrow.com ("ZemiGrow" or the "Service"), operated by Spanglish Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ZemiGrow is a digital platform and database designed to provide gardening information, growing guides, and a community space for users to share agricultural knowledge.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, such as submitting a growing guide, you must create an account. 4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Ownership: You retain all copyright and any other intellectual property rights in the text, images, growing guides, and other materials (collectively, "User Content") that you submit, post, or display on ZemiGrow.
• License Granted: By submitting User Content, you grant Spanglish Enterprises LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the service provided by ZemiGrow and Spanglish Enterprises LLC's business operations (including promotional materials).
• Warranties: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to publish the User Content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party proprietary rights.
• Moderation: Spanglish Enterprises LLC reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Excluding User Content, the Service and its original content, features, functionality, source code, and branding (including the ZemiGrow name and logo) are and will remain the exclusive property of Spanglish Enterprises LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information provided on ZemiGrow is for educational and informational purposes only. Spanglish Enterprises LLC makes no guarantees regarding the success of any gardening or farming endeavors based on the information provided by the Service or its community. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spanglish Enterprises LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or any information obtained from the Service.
