We respect the "Do Not Sell" and "Right to Know" mandates. Cultiva does not engage in the sale of consumer data. Users can request a full audit of their stored records via the Data Export tool.
Puerto Rico (US Territory Standards)
Data collected within the territory of Puerto Rico is handled in strict accordance with US Federal privacy standards and Interstate Commerce regulations, ensuring the same level of protection as users on the US mainland.
04Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Once you request deletion, we immediately initiate a thorough wipe of your Firestore records and Firebase Authentication identity.
